Play through the more realistic (not glorified) life of an adventurer as you will not only fight challenging and devious enemies, but also face a host of problems that most adventure RPGs simply turn a blind eye to such as the stress and other mental of the day-to-day of an adventurer, famine, disease and of course, the dark feeling that arose when whatever you do doesn't really seem to matter. I have no idea (or care) for whatever the game in question was, so I have no desire to praise or condemn it, but their opinion was very obviously "not good" regarding voice acting and story.Games Like Darkest Dungeon Action RPG Adventure Darkest Dungeon is a hardcore turn-based dungeon crawler with a rather unique gothic theme that explores the psychological stresses of adventuring as well as a beautiful, comic-like art style. " Terrible story and worst voice acting" has no discernible positive twist unless you're trying to make one up. You'll also notice that many projects trying to emulate that appeal often fall flat probably because - at the end of the day - it is going out of its way to be awful (by choice) rather than just being unintentionally awful. It simply means that entertainment can be derived from how obviously bad it is. Something being "so bad it's good" doesn't mean it's actually good. Also, you can have it be so bad that it’s good or just really bad, with no redeeming factor, hence why I asked. Some games go so overboard with it and do it bad on purpose, but some people don’t recognise that.

Not sure how anyone can read that and assume there was any positive twist to it. I don't know what game they're talking about, but I'm pretty sure that "terrible story and worst voice acting" means exactly what it says on the tin.
